Friday night, a handful of people decided to say “Fuck you snow!” and came out to the show. I was really surprised by the turnout. We had a blast playing with our good friends in Pilots and Worn In Red. If you get a chance go see Worn in Red, they’ll be on the road for the next 6 weeks and they are one of the most energetic and sincere people i’ve had the luck of meeting. Friday felt great, and I’m really happy that we got to get snowed on with some solid friends.
We’ve got some other shows coming up, in the meantime we’re writing, and finishing vocals on the recording we have.

this is what we’ve been doing for the last three months.
thanks to http://www.bummercity.com for the photos.
one of the three songs we went in to record actually turned out sounding really rad, we got drums done and guitars yesterday, shit sounds huge. lukas is tracking bass today and vox to soon follow. stoked.
so recording didn’t really go as planned, constant problems with new equipment that were no ones fault, kris was stressed, we were stresed, we opted to get one good take of one song and mess with that. track some guitar and bass tomorrow, vox to follow, should be up before the show on the 29th.
on a lighter(and totally fucking awesome) note, ben described our new songs as sounding like “screamo mixed with neil young” and you really dont get any more rad than that. period.
